well, I got behind again! So here is a week of catch up!

Rayna bumped the container of markers off of the table and got down to clean them up... a couple minutes later I looked over and discovered this...

Thank goodness they're washable!

All of the children love to help with the bread... especially the fun parts of punching the dough down, and rolling and patting into loaves.

Daddy and daughter snuggle/nap time

A fun morning at a nearby park with my dear friend, MeeSook, and her three children.

Tobiah loves the swings... especially when pushed by Lydia!

I start them on KP duty early!

... or maybe Tobiah is just so mobile he ends up crawling in there when ever I'm in the kitchen! I am finding more and more little nooks and crannies that are perfect hiding spots for lost crumbs, pennies, legoes, and other various swallowable dangers. We have already found one sticker in his diaper!

The biggest excitement at our house lately... Isaiah is reading! We started on an old McGuffey's reader from my Grandma and when he read through that we visited our local library and he checked out a bag of beginning reader books with his very own library card. He is really excited and tells every one that he can read, and if you stop by our house... chances are you will get pulled onto the couch or floor and hear the story of "Sam the Sand Crab" !

a wild ride on the jiggly washing machine (Isaiah is sporting a new vest made by Great Grandma)

John is heading down to help with the bridges again, so I'll be without the camera for a bit. I'll try to put some pictures up from his work down there. We appreciate all the prayers for him (and us, too!) while he is gone! Thank you!

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all . The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your minds in Christ Jesus.
-Phil. 4:4-7
